Zanib Deeny is project development, construction and regulatory lawyer based in London.
Zanib has experience in advising on UK and international infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients in both the energy and transport sectors. She advises on conventional and renewable energy assets and on the regulation of electricity markets in the UK.

- National Grid ESO - on their connection offer process and grid connection contracts with energy market participants in respect of connection to and use of the national electricity transmission grid (generation and demand).
- A large UK airport - on the development of its existing terminal and on its future developments of a new mass passenger transit system and terminal.
- An infrastructure fund - on its potential acquisition of a majority stake in a Middle Eastern electricity company.
- A large development company - on the construction of a new electricity substation in Manchester.
- Simultaneously - on the sale of 50 percent ownership and 100 percent ownership of an onshore wind farm for a large infrastructure and real estate investment group.
- ENGIE - on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Chargepoint Services Limited.
