Advised:

• National Grid ESO - on their connection offer process and grid connection contracts with energy market participants in respect of connection to and use of the national electricity transmission grid (generation and demand).
• A large UK airport - on the development of its existing terminal and on its future developments of a new mass passenger transit system and terminal.
• An infrastructure fund - on its potential acquisition of a majority stake in a Middle Eastern electricity company.
• A large development company - on the construction of a new electricity substation in Manchester.
• Simultaneously - on the sale of 50 percent ownership and 100 percent ownership of an onshore wind farm for a large infrastructure and real estate investment group.
• ENGIE - on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Chargepoint Services Limited.
