Malte advises private equity sponsors and financial investors on M&A transactions and joint ventures across all industries. He has broad experience in advising mid-cap and large-cap private equity investors in connection with transaction across a large variety of industries, including healthcare and automotive.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Malte spent six years in the private equity practice at an international law firm in Hamburg.
