Shanna Dontje is a corporate and tax lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. She advises mainly on corporate and (international) tax matters for various clients in the consumer, energy/infrastructure and transport markets.   

Shanna's experience includes a wide range of tax advisory services, including cross-border transactions and investments, reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. She previously gained experience as a (senior) tax consultant at the Big 4, during which time she spent six months on secondment in China.
