Biography
Victor Sim is a banking and finance lawyer based in Hong Kong.
Victor advises on complex cross-border financing transactions including leveraged buy-out, acquisition financing, structured financing, real estate financing, margin financing and take-private financing.
Victor has deep experience in representing financial institutions, private credit funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers in the most complex deals in Hong Kong and Greater China and is a ranked leveraged and acquisition finance specialist by Chambers & Partners.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Victor has worked in a Magic Circle firm and an elite New York based law firm for more than a decade.
Victor is also a member of the APLMA Documentation Committee and APLMA China Committee. He is admitted to practice law in Hong Kong and England and Wales.
