Emily Bailey is an employment and labour lawyer based in London. 

Emily advises on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious employment matters across multiple sectors, including the employment aspects of both public and private corporate transactions, High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, workplace investigations, discrimination and human rights cases and general HR advisory work.

Emily trained at the firm and undertook a six-month secondment to our Hong Kong office.
