Biography
Dr. Noby Thomas Cyriac is a transaction lawyer in our antitrust and competition team based in Hamburg.
He assists the team in advising national and international clients on German and European competition law. He has significant know-how and in-depth experience on competition law aspects in the platform economy especially for intermediary platforms and on the use of algorithms. He supports clients in setting up regulatory compliant platforms.
Noby routinely assists the team in handling merger control proceedings before the German and EU competition authorities and foreign investment control procedures before the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. He prepares tailor-made compliance programs including training sessions and antitrust risk analysis.
With his qualification as an Indian lawyer, Noby actively advises clients on both Indian and international law. He has profound experience in supporting international clients navigate the legal landscape in India and also provides guidance on pursuing litigation in India.
