Grace Carpenter is a finance lawyer based in London. She has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and domestic real estate financings, asset based lending, financial restructurings and general banking matters.

Grace trained with Norton Rose Fulbright in London and qualified in September 2018. Grace also spent six months in our banking and finance team in Singapore where she worked both on English law and Singapore law banking transactions.
