David is a corporate lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. He focuses on a variety of international corporate issues, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, international and domestic corporate transactions, W&I insurance and general corporate law. Recently, David has coordinated several cross-border projects.

David previously gained experience in our financial services practice, where he advised on regulatory and compliance aspects relevant to financial institutions, such as insurance companies, investment firms, clearing institutions and central counterparties.

David holds a Master of Law degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam.
