Biography
Louisa Roe is a real estate lawyer based in London.
Louisa focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial property work, including: acquisitions and disposals, funding, development and portfolio management. She has particularly extensive experience in complex letting transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants. She also acts for property companies, institutional investors, real estate funds and occupiers.
Louisa is recognised for her capabilities in Legal 500 UK and ranked as a Next Generation Partner in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

- BGO's West End of London Property Unit Trust – on the acquisition, letting, financing and disposal of various properties in central London including Portman Square House, 101 New Cavendish Street, and the recently redeveloped Regent's Wharf, N1 and The Waterman, Farringdon.
- The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan – on the regear of its headlease and the occupational lettings at its re-development at 78 St James's Street, London SW1.
- Dorrington Plc - on a regear of its long leasehold interest at 200 Great Dover Street, London SE1 and its acquisition of 15-23 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2.
- Olympus Property Holdings Limited - on the first pre-lettings at the £1.5bn Olympia London redevelopment; with AEG Presents for a new 4,400 seat music venue and Trafalgar Entertainment Group for a 1,500 seat theatre, the biggest new permanent theatre to open in London since the 1970s.
- VF International – on the pre-letting of a circa 600,000 square foot 'built-to-suit' distribution centre.
- BMW Group - on its UK-wide operational real estate portfolio comprising office, retail, industrial and logistics assets.
- First Abu Dhabi Bank - on the pre-letting of its new office and client hosting facilities at 20 Berkeley Square, London W1 and its office premises at 8 Bishopsgate.
- Korn Ferry International – on the complex restructuring of its UK headquarters leases at Ryder Court, SW1 and its occupational leases in Manchester.
- McLaren Group – on the development of the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey and on its occupational lease requirements generally.
