Giles Brand is an asset finance lawyer based in London.

Giles specialises in cross-border and domestic leasing (both finance and operating leases, tax and non-tax based), structured financing, project financing and European ECA-supported and other debt financings, with respect to ships and offshore oil and gas assets, aircraft and aircraft engines, railway rolling stock and other types of equipment.

Giles read law at University College, London University and qualified in 1988. He joined our London practice as a partner in 2000.
