Nick Adams is a corporate finance lawyer based in London. He specialises in all aspects of corporate law, including public and private company M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and fund-raising for listed companies.

Recent transactions include advising Canaccord, HSBC and Liberum on the IPO of GAME Digital, global private equity house Rhône Capital on its bid for S&B Industrial Minerals and Weather II, an investment vehicle founded and run by the Sawiris family, on its bid for La Mancha Resources. Nick has been recommended by Legal 500 for both premium M&A deals and equity capital markets work.

Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1996. In 2000 he spent a year seconded to Citigroup working as an investment banker. He became a partner in 2002.

Nick studied law at Christ’s College Cambridge, graduating in 1991.
