Biography
Natalie Lagunas represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including litigation of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, FMLA/CFRA claims and wage and hour class and representative actions. Serving clients in the retail, energy, healthcare, risk management, technology and transportation industries, Natalie also provides advice and counsel on discipline, discharge, leave and accommodation issues, employer handbooks and company policies.
In addition, Natalie has experience defending companies in the insurance, mortgage banking and securities industries in federal, state and appellate court, as well as regulatory and arbitral forums, on claims of breach of contract, negligence, unfair business practices, wrongful foreclosure and breach of fiduciary duty.
