Biography
Michelle Meiselman is a technology, outsourcing and strategic commercial transactions lawyer handling a range of technology and commercial matters both in the US and globally. With more than 25 years of experience, she supports a diverse client base including those in the financial services, hospitality, energy, healthcare and consumer products/retail industries.
Michelle's broad technology, outsourcing and commercial transactions experience includes global support for the purchase, sale and implementation of cloud services, cloud operations, broad scale implementation of ERP, SaaS, XaaS, AI/ML and other technology and software platforms, and also includes support for more traditional customer-side offshore and onshore outsourcing arrangements (ITO, BPO, AD/M, and managed network services). In many cases, these arrangements are associated with digital transformations, corporate transactions, carveouts, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Michelle was a member of the technology and outsourcing transactions practice groups in other international law firms and she spent over 2 years serving as in-house counsel in the telecommunications industry and over 10 years serving as in-house counsel in the industrial chemical and coatings manufacturing industry advising her clients in all aspects of their business including strategic sales and marketing operations, product distribution, strategic supply chain procurement, product liability risk allocation, litigation management and compliance matters.
