Travis Lyle focuses his practice on public finance matters and resides at the firm's Austin office. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Mr. Lyle worked in the Public Finance Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, where he reviewed tax-exempt and taxable obligations issued by municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, and conduit issuers to ensure compliance with state law. In addition to his duties reviewing and approving obligations for issuers across the State of Texas, Mr. Lyle assisted in the Division's representation of the Bond Review Board, fulfilled duties under the Open Records Act, and represented the Division as part of several bond validations brought under Texas Government Code 1205.
