Consumer markets webinar series: Greenwashing update

Please join us for the first program of our 2024 Consumer markets webinar series where we will provide an update on green environmental claims, marketing and advertising. In this program, we will review new laws and regulations, ranging from the current state of the Federal Trade Commission Green Guides to state laws on carbon neutral, compostable and biodegradable claims.

Updates will be discussed on litigation and enforcement, including false advertising class actions, the California District Attorney Greenwashing Task Force and recent opinions from the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau.
