Biography
Nivi Srinivasan graduated from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Nivi summered and articled at a large Bay Street firm.
At Queen’s Law, she won multiple prizes, including the Dean Marshall Contribution award and the Spark award, both of which commemorate students for their involvement in and contribution to the school. She also competed in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law moot. Additionally, Nivi ran and managed the Pro Bono Students Canada Chapter, where she was responsible for over 100 students participating in over 25 projects. Further, Nivi was elected to serve as the vice president of communications of the Law Students’ Society, and was elected to serve as the co-president of the Queen’s Law Mergers and Acquisitions Club.
Prior to law school, Nivi worked full-time at multiple large food and beverage corporations where she held human resources, project management and marketing roles. At Western University, Nivi founded and headed the first ever South Asian Fashion Show, through the Western Indo-Canadian Students’ Association (WICSA).
