Biography
Anastasia is an employment lawyer based in Melbourne.
She advises on all aspects of employment law including termination, unfair dismissal, general protections, underpayment of entitlements, discrimination, independent contractor issues, restraint of trade, workplace investigations and contract and policy drafting.
Anastasia previously worked for another law firm in Adelaide from 2018 to 2024, gaining advisory and litigation experience in employment law and defamation.
