Biography
Sebastian Gerber is an antitrust, competition and regulatory lawyer based in Brussels.
Sebastian advises multinational and German clients on all aspects of European and German competition law, including merger control, State aid, public procurement and antitrust. Sebastian also advises on all matters of EU regulatory law.
Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian gained experience at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (GROW) and different international and German law firms.

- Advising major companies active in the oil & gas and private equity sector on FSR compliance obligations and acting as representative in FSR filings before the EU Commission.
- Representing a major EU-based company active in the technology sector before the EU Commission and the EU General Court in connection with grant award and public procurement procedures under the EU Financial Regulation.
- Advising major companies in the shipping and postal services sectors on the requirements of German and EU State aid law and the disbursement of high value grants.
