Pierre François is a lawyer in the Corporate department, based in Paris.

Pierre is a member of the Paris based corporate group in charge of M&A and transactional corporate work. Pierre has over 20 years' experience as an M&A lawyer on the French market. He advises foreign and French institutional investors on the structuring, negotiation, documentation of transactions and corporate legal aspects of post-integration steps. Pierre advises a wide range of clients on their external growth investments, divestments and strategic group reorganizations including in a distressed environment. His practice focuses on French domestic transactional work and French inbound investments as well as French aspects of multijurisdictional transactions in the context of which he acts for investors across Europe and North America.

Pierre advises clients in a wide range of regulated sectors such as financials services, notably asset management, payment services and insurance, and healthcare.

Pierre is a French native speaker and speaks English fluently.
