Pierre Bourcier de Saint Chaffray is a financial services regulatory and corporate lawyer based in Paris. 

He focuses on financial regulatory matters, including insurance, reinsurance, banking, investment and payment services and crypto-assets.

Pierre advises French and international financial institutions on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and regulatory aspects related to M&A, reorganizations, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Pierre graduated from Paris II Panthéon Assas University with a degree in Business law and from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University with a degree in Insurance law. He is a member of the Paris Bar.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Pierre was as a trainee in various French and international law firms.
