Joshua Kan
Biography
Joshua Kan is a financial services lawyer based in Sydney with a particular focus in insurance matters and commercial dispute resolution.
Joshua is experienced in both commercial and legal sectors having previously worked at top-tier and international commercial law firms, community legal centres, research and policy centres and professional services firms. He was awarded the UNSW Faculty of Law Award for international students, the Judge Ralph J Perdriau for academic excellence and outstanding contributions to the law school and was also placed on the UNSW Law Dean's List. He was also formerly a member of the UNSW Faculty of Law Board.
