Damian Pawlak is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Warsaw.

He focuses his practice on issues relating to employment, commercial and civil law, as well as litigation.

He joined the firm in February 2022. Before that he worked in the restructuring team of a Polish law firm.

Damian is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration).

Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on financing acquisition of a portfolio of five retail parks (located in Głowno, Świdnica, Przemyśl, Kalisz and Puławy) by the AB Tewox, a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management. The portfolio covers more than 36,000 sq. m. of leasable area and boasts nearly 100% occupancy rate with the anchor tenant Jeronimo Martins Polska, operator of the grocery chain Biedronka.
Advised Lumine Group on the acquisition of Titanium Software Holdings, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries.
