Biography
Joshua Creutzberg is a financial services lawyer based in London. He specialises in financial services regulatory law with a particular focus on the wholesale sector and the financial services law aspects of corporate transactions.
Josh advises on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters, including the scope of the UK regulatory perimeter, clearing and reporting obligations, derivatives trading and clearing documentation and change in control and financial services law matters in mergers and acquisitions.
Josh trained at the firm, spending time on secondment in NRF’s Dubai office where he was involved in a number of regulatory matters.

- Advising a foreign central bank on the UK regulatory perimeter in relation to its activities in connection with a bond issuance.
- Assisting a global cryptocurrency exchange on its application to the Virtual Assets Regulation Authority (VARA) to provide exchange services in Dubai.
