Amira Nassar is an associate in the Dubai Corporate team.
She has experience in advising on corporate transactions including equity capital market transactions, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work in a number of different sectors, including energy and infrastructure and healthcare.

- International Holding Company, a ADX listed entity - on its US$2bn investment into Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission and Adani Enterprises - which are all listed on India's Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
- Bybit, the world's third most visited cryptocurrency exchange - on its entry into the UAE market, including setting up of new locations for its technology and software business, investment arm and establishment of headquarters in the UAE free zones DWTC and DIFC.
- Tristar - in relation to its corporate restructuring and its IPO on the Dubai Financial Market.*
- ADNOC Drilling PJSC and Fertiglobe plc - in relation to their IPOs on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.*
- A leading European financial technology company - in relation to its proposed IPO on a UAE stock exchange.
- A key African developer and operator of tailor-made industrial zones – in relation to various matters ranging from a merger, acquisitions, re-domiciliation and financing arrangements.
- A global developer of next generation cities – in relation to various corporate matters from incorporations to drafting key agreements for government partnerships and private investments in blockchain and technology.
- A global provider of security inks – in relation to various corporate matter and joint ventures (public and private) in the UAE and Africa.
- CME Group in relation to the binding agreement entered into with Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company (STG), for STG to acquire a 32.6 percent stake in the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), one of the leading international commodities exchanges, creating the Gulf Mercantile Exchange.
- Dar Global PLC - the Dubai-based real estate development firm, on the pre-IPO reorganisation and on its direct listing and admission to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This is one of the largest listings on the LSE in 2023.
