Marierose Schwarz is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Luxembourg.
She advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, including M&A, restructurings, private equity and financings and refinancing.
Prior to joining us, Marierose worked at an international law firm in Luxembourg.
