Biography

Claire is a construction and infrastructure lawyer based in Melbourne.

She provides strategic and commercial advice to government and private sector clients in relation to the procurement of major construction and infrastructure projects. She has over 25 years' experience in relation to projects procured under the PPP model, both in the UK and Australia.

She has worked both in private practice and as in-house counsel and has substantial experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, gaining a deep knowledge and understanding of the key legal, technical and commercial issues arising on major construction /infrastructure projects.
