Tina Teo is a banking and finance lawyer based in Singapore.

Tina has a particular focus on transactional banking, including acting for lenders and borrowers in project finance, property (acquisition and development) finance, corporate lending and structured finance. She has worked with a range of clients including major commercial banks, ECAs, DFIs, non-bank financiers, fund management companies, sponsors and property developers. ​​

In addition to her transactional experience, Tina is actively involved in matters involving advising and assisting clients with benchmark rate transitions. Between late 2020 and early 2021, Tina undertook a secondment to Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ), which is one of the big four Australian banks, to work on the bank's special purpose benchmark transition project. Tina has also delivered a number of trainings to clients on this topic.​​

Tina joined the firm's Sydney (Australia) office in 2019 from a leading law firm in New Zealand where she was also a practising banking and finance lawyer and has now moved to the firm's Singapore office.
