Lai Lynn Choong is an Australian-qualified intellectual property and commercial lawyer based in London.

Lai Lynn advises on non-contentious commercial contracts with a technology or branding focus including licensing, software development, collaboration, sponsorship, branding and distribution agreements as well as providing specialist input on M&A transactions.

Although her current focus is transactional arrangements, Lai Lynn benefits from a wealth of experience in trade mark litigation, portfolio management and intellectual property filing and strategy. She also has in-house experience in the food and beverage industry, including legal support for the full product lifecycle from research & development to new product launch, as well as in relation to advertising and marketing support.

Lai Lynn has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Intellectual Property from the University of Technology, Sydney.
