Cyril d'Herbes is a banking and capital markets lawyer. He has over 18 years of experience advising clients on local and international banking and capital markets transactions in a wide range of industrial, financial and commercial sectors. His practice encompasses asset financing, secured syndicated lending, securitizations and regulatory matters relating to financial services, corporate mainstream, contract and commercial law, restructuring and insolvency as well as banking pre-litigation aspects.

Prior to joining the firm, Cyril worked for leading international law firms in Luxembourg. He is a member of the Paris and Luxembourg bars and he is fluent in English and French.
