David Bartlett is a corporate lawyer based in London. He focuses on providing corporate and regulatory advice to global insurance clients.

David's experience includes international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and several insurance portfolio transfers, as well as complex life and non-life reinsurance and insurance-linked securities transactions involving traditional and alternative asset classes.
