Sally Tavares is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in London. Sally focuses on financial services regulatory enforcement and related litigation. She has undertaken a broad range of commercial and banking litigation, together with internal investigations.

Sally’s experience includes representing financial institutions, corporates and individuals in various contentious regulatory proceedings and internal investigations, including in relation to document production; compelled and voluntary interviews; the preparation of regulatory submissions and witness statements; the selection and instruction of experts; and oral representations to the Upper Tribunal. She has acted in matters involving both UK and offshore regulators, including the FCA, FSA, PRA and DOJ.

Sally has also advised clients on a number of large-scale general commercial disputes, including tax litigation and insurance disputes.
