Biography
Geert-Jan van Rijthoven is a corporate lawyer and civil-law notary based in Amsterdam. He specialises in corporate law, focusing primarily on joint ventures, (cross border) mergers and acquisitions, and international reorganisations.
Geert-Jan also provides general corporate law advice. His client base primarily consists of American, British, Austrian and Japanese multinational companies and Dutch private equity establishments.
Prior to joining, Geert-Jan was a partner at another leading law firm. Geert-Jan was appointed by the Dutch Crown as a Civil-Law Notary in 2008.
