Shaha is competition lawyer based in London.  She specialises in UK and EU competition/antitrust law and international regulatory issues and has particular expertise regarding market investigations by regulators.  Shaha’s range of experience also includes UK/EU merger notifications, cartels investigations and competition litigation.  

Prior to training with us and qualifying into our antitrust, competition and regulatory group, Shaha read Law with French Law (First Class Honours) at the Universities of Aberdeen and Lyon and was awarded a Diploma of European Law from the European University Institute in Florence. She also worked at the European Parliament in Brussels in the legislative affairs committee within the Directorate-General for Internal Policies (DG IPOL).
