Winnie Chan is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong. Winnie has extensive experience in both mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. She advises clients on listings, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate transactions and on regulatory issues in relation to the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and Takeovers Code.

Winnie obtained her law degree from the University of Hong Kong and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2001. Before joining us, Winnie practised as a corporate finance lawyer in a leading US firm in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
