Annemary Ceselj is a banking lawyer based in Frankfurt am Main. She specialises in international banking and financial law which includes experience in acquisition, property and project financings, in particular financing of renewable energies projects. She advises both sponsors and banks in numerous domestic and international finance transactions. She joined the banking department in Frankfurt end of 2005 after a secondment with our competition and regulatory team in Brussels.

Annemary studied law at the University of Konstanz, Germany and completed an internship within the finance department of the Permanent Representation of Germany to the EU during this time.

A German and Croatian native speaker, Annemary is also fluent in English and has basic knowledge in Spanish and French.
