Biography
Daphne Broerse is a projects lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. With a combined administrative law and civil law background, she advises governmental authorities as well as private parties on a wide range of issues in the projects sector.
Daphne has advised on several major PFI-projects and advised on and negotiated several building contracts. She also has experience with court proceedings regarding administrative as well as civil law. She started practising in 2001 and has been working as a legal adviser since 1999 in the field of administrative law and environmental law. She studied Law at the University of Utrecht.
