Biography

Svein Hoexter’s practice focuses on representing developers, equity investors and lenders in connection with energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience working on various types of financings and equity transactions across the capital stack, including tax equity investments and tax credit transfers, and on public-private partnerships. Svein has experience with projects throughout the US and in Latin America, with a focus on renewable energy.
