Biography
Svein Hoexter’s practice focuses on representing developers, equity investors and lenders in connection with energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience working on various types of financings and equity transactions across the capital stack, including tax equity investments and tax credit transfers, and on public-private partnerships. Svein has experience with projects throughout the US and in Latin America, with a focus on renewable energy.

- Represented the project sponsors in a 4(a)(2) private placement refinancing of more than US$1bn of senior notes for a parking infrastructure PPP in Illinois.
- Represented the project sponsors in a US$1.2bn public-private partnership for a university utility system in the US
- Represented the project sponsors in the development and financing of a US$580m consolidated rental car facility at a US airport.
- Represented a data center borrower in a senior debt facility for a portfolio of more than 30 data centers in the US
