She provides strategic guidance on trademark clearance, trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and domestic and foreign portfolio management. Ani also guides clients through copyright registration before the United States Copyright Office, advises on copyright disputes, and counsels clients on all aspects of right of publicity, helping them navigate protection, commercial exploitation, and licensing opportunities. Her entertainment practice includes advising clients on title clearance for television shows, podcasts, and other creative projects.

As part of her comprehensive practice, Ani vigorously protects and enforces her clients' brands and intellectual property rights. She successfully represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and enforces their rights throughout the Internet, including through Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings and on social media platforms. When necessary, she litigates trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, counterfeiting, and false advertising claims in federal court.
