Robert Shaw focuses his practice on finance matters, representing financial institutions, as well as public and private borrowers and private equity firms in connection with a variety of financing arrangements including acquisition financings, syndicated facilities, unsecured and secured lending transactions, senior and subordinated loans and asset-backed loans among other credit matters, both within the United States and spanning across multiple jurisdictions.

Robert has experience drafting issues lists and organizational documents, reviewing and negotiating credit agreements, legal opinions, financing statements, control agreements and security agreements and other ancillary and collateral documentation in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. Additionally, he has experience in the documentation and administration of syndicated credit facilities, bi-lateral financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based loan facilities and multi-currency facilities for various types of pooled investment vehicles, including mutual funds and open and closed-end funds.
