Eric is an associate in the New York office. He focuses his practice on representing family offices, funds, financial institutions, and public and private companies in a variety of transactions including, fund formations and their ongoing operations, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, debt transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters, cross-border structuring and investment due diligence. Eric is also part of the firm's FinTech team.
