Biography
Caleb Segrest is a senior associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. Caleb has experience representing public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters, securities compliance, and other transactional matters. He also has experience serving as underwriter's counsel with respect to the underwriting of representations and warranties insurance policies.
