Biography

Anne focuses her practice on high-stakes business disputes of all types, from suits between individual parties to class actions, from common-law claims to specialized statutory claims like the Sherman Act, False Claims Act, the Antiterrorism Act, and the Alien Tort statute, and from trial courts through courts of appeals.

Anne's antitrust proficiency includes antitrust and competition-related internal and government investigations as well as compliance training and audits. Her commercial litigation expertise has grown organically to encompass managing the potential risk areas inherent in running a business. Partnering with her clients, Anne focuses on (1) risk identification, (2) risk mitigation, and (3) defense and prosecution of claims that inevitably arise despite a company's best efforts.

Anne's client roster is national and international in scope and covers a vastly diverse range of industries. She is routinely called upon for her real-world approach to facilitating business solutions to problems. But most importantly, Anne truly enjoys her work, and it shows.
