US team advises management team in launch of clean energy platform NeuVentus

Norton Rose Fulbright represented the management team in an equity financing by Lotus Infrastructure Partners to launch NeuVentus, a large-scale clean hydrogen pipeline transportation and salt cavern storage platform.

Dedicated to accelerating North America's energy transition, NeuVentus focuses on pipeline transportation and salt cavern storage of clean hydrogen, including as part of the growing supply chain for clean hydrogen derivatives like ammonia and methanol. NeuVentus will also provide transportation and storage services to adjacent industries such as industrial gases.

NeuVentus will begin developing projects in the Texas Gulf Coast region, which is ripe for renewable energy production with increasing demand for clean hydrogen infrastructure. Once developed, the projects will provide fee-for-service transportation and storage services, which will be imperative for the broader adoption of hydrogen as an energy carrier and fuel.
