Our German banking and finance team is pleased to invite you to sign up for one of our two-day Understanding LMA style loan documentation courses we are hosting in spring and autumn this year. This course is suitable for beginners who are less familiar with LMA-style loan documentation and also intermediates who would like a better understanding of drafting and negotiation points.

The course will be facilitated by Rebecca Oliver, one of our senior knowledge lawyers based in London, together with various members of our banking team in Germany, on the following dates:
