Banks throughout the UK and EMEA are impacted by the SEC Rulemaking on Central Clearing.

US Treasury Products will need to be cleared by year end 2025 and Repurchase Agreements by June 2026. Globally, financial institutions began this transition in January 2024 and are now in the process of building out necessary legal, regulatory, operational changes to meet the rigorous rule requirements.
