Biography
Candace Formosa is a litigation lawyer practising in all areas of commercial and civil litigation. She assists clients and senior lawyers on a variety of matters, including contractual disputes, tort claims, property-related disputes and insolvency files. Candace has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Candace joined us as a summer student in 2020, returned to complete her articles in 2021, and became an associate on her call to the bar in 2022.
