Norton Rose Fulbright expands Hong Kong team with corporate and banking hires

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the expansion of its Hong Kong practice with the hires of Peggy Wang and Victor Sim.
Peggy has joined as partner in the firm’s corporate team with a focus on private equity and M&A. She represents a wide range of financial sponsors, financial institutions and industry clients. She is qualified as a lawyer in New York, Hong Kong and Washington, DC.
Victor has joined as partner in the firm’s banking and finance practice. He advises financial institutions, sponsors and corporate borrowers in the Hong Kong and China markets with a focus on leveraged finance, structured finance and real estate finance. Victor is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
