Norton Rose Fulbright advises International Industrial Properties on sale of logistics centre in Southern Germany

Global business law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised International Industrial Properties (IIProp), an industrial and logistics platform held by Madison International Realty and Griffin Capital Partners, on the sale of a logistics centre in Neuenburg am Rhein in Southern Germany in a forward deal. This is only IIProp's second transaction in Germany.

The logistics centre with direct access to the A5 motorway, has a total floor space of 13,927 square metres and stands on a plot of land measuring around 23,800 square metres. The new building was occupied by the DIY and garden centre expert Hornbach Holding in February 2023. 

International Industrial Properties (IIProp) has established itself primarily in Germany and Spain and is currently expanding into the Netherlands and Poland. The development of further European markets (France, Italy, Great Britain, Sweden) is planned.
