Norton Rose Fulbright advises DLE Poland on its first transaction in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised DLE Poland on its first successfully finalized transaction with the purchase of a land plot located on Marywilska Street in Warsaw.

The property is situated in a district that is undergoing a transformation from an entirely industrial to an entirely residential area. The property is well connected to the city center, with direct proximity to public transport and a nearby motorway connection.

DLE Poland, a new client of Norton Rose Fulbright in Poland, is part of DLE Group AG – an asset management platform that is growing rapidly and sustainably in the European real estate sector. The fund fulfils the market’s need for an intermediary that is able to acquire large mixed-use plots of pre-developed land in Poland and make them suitable for project development.

The transaction was led by the partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, who was supported by the counsel Jan Wszołek.
