Personal Data Protection Authority has published its Recommendations on the Protection of Personal Data in the Field of Artificial Intelligence
The Personal Data Protection Authority published a guideline document on its official website relating to the protection of personal data in relation to AI.
The guideline includes recommendations for developers, manufacturers, service providers and decision makers operating in the field of artificial intelligence. The guideline states that artificial intelligence applications should be developed and implemented in compliance with the Protection of Personal Data Law and associated secondary legislation. It also highlights that individual’s fundamental rights and freedoms should be respected under all circumstances.
